Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement. Companies must be legitimate businesses or operators, and the person creating a company account must be authorised to act for it.

• Give accurate information — including your flight hours, licences and ratings — and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per candidate account. Don’t create accounts for anyone else without permission.

AOGI is a platform that helps candidates and companies find each other. We are not an employer or a recruitment agency, and we are not a party to any job, contract or agreement made between users.

We don’t verify users’ qualifications, licences, flight hours or job offers. Companies are responsible for checking candidates’ credentials, and candidates are responsible for checking the companies and roles they consider.

Companies must post genuine, lawful opportunities with accurate details, and must comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws. Job posts may not be misleading or used to collect personal information for any other purpose.

You own the content you post — profiles, job posts, messages, community posts and comments. You give AOGI a licence to host, store and display it so we can run the service. You’re responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it.

AOGI has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. All content and conduct must follow our Community Guidelines. You can report content and block other users from within the app. We review reports promptly and may remove content and suspend or terminate the accounts of people who break these rules.

On AOGI, companies start conversations with candidates. Don’t use messaging to send spam, unsolicited promotions, or anything that breaks these terms.

• Create fake profiles or fake job posts, or impersonate anyone.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against or abuse other users.
• Post unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or violent content.
• Scrape, copy or harvest other users’ information.
• Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to AOGI.

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

AOGI is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee that you will find a job or a candidate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AOGI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any user, including any employment or contract arranged through AOGI.

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use AOGI means you accept the updated terms.
